Tennessee’s heroes have always included the men and women who serve on the front lines, and now, the teachers shaping the next generation are joining their ranks. Effective immediately, Full-time K–12 teachers in Tennessee are now eligible for THDA’s Homeownership for Heroes program.
Heroes receive THDA’s discounted interest rate on a home loan, a benefit reserved for those who give the most to their communities. First-time homebuyers only. Veterans may be exempt from this requirement. All other Homeownership for Heroes guidelines apply.
