The Welcome Home Program will be available March 3, 2025. Income limits apply and are based on household size and location. Up to $20,000 is available to assist home buyers with down payment and closing costs funding. The Welcome Home Grant may be used with USDA, VA, FHA and Conventional home loans. A limited number of grants are available. All grants will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
The Welcome Home Program provides grants to help low and moderate-income homebuyers with down payments and closing costs for their primary residence. Funds are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here are a few highlights:
• Members can access up to $600,000 in WHP funds.
• Homebuyers are eligible for grants up to $20,000 (restrictions may apply).
• A minimum grant request of $10,000 is required for each household.
