The Welcome Home Program will be available April 6, 2026. Income limits apply and are based on household size and location. Up to $20,000 is available to assist home buyers with down payment and closing costs funding. The Welcome Home Grant may be used with USDA, VA, FHA and Conventional home loans.
A limited number of grants are available. All grants will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
